The National Office of Security Enforcement is the third biggest Cabinet Department in the United States federal government. NOOSE has over 240,000 employees with a general fiscal budget of around $40.6 billion. These employees and our funding goes through to many of our agencies, sub-agencies, directorates and offices all tasked with preparing for, preventing and responding to domestic emergencies.
